Pool Lodges
The Pool Lodges are situated next to the heated swimming pool, with countryside views of the Rother Valley, and the forest to the north of the estate.
They are arranged over two floors, with a connecting staircase. Both of the master bedrooms have vintage cast iron roll top baths, and separate wet rooms. The Upstairs Pool Lodge is ideal for couples or a larger group of friends, with dividing wall panelling able to make the lodge open plan. The Downstairs Pool Lodge has French doors that open directly onto the pool’s terraces.
Together, the Pool Lodges make an ideal holiday home with pool and gardens leading out to the estate’s stepped lawns where there are 360 degree views for miles across the fields and forests of the surrounding valleys.
Upstairs Pool Lodge
Perfect for couples, the Upstairs Pool Lodge has a large vaulted living space and dining area with exposed beams throughout, a fully fitted modern kitchen and a kingsize sofabed. It has a master bedroom area including a roll top bath with perfect, clear and wide views down to the River Rother and beyond, over the untouched valleys of the High Weald, and also the forest to the north of the farm. There is a 3 panel door system that turns the Lodge from an open plan layout into a 2 room layout, and back again.
It overlooks the heated swimming pool.

Downstairs Pool Lodge
The Downstairs Pool Lodge has a large living space and dining area as well as a master bedroom with a roll top bath and French doors that open out directly onto the terrace of the heated swimming pool and its gardens. The living space has a fully fitted modern kitchen and a kingsize sofabed. This Lodge has views over the Rother Valley, and also of the forest to the north of the farm.
